The nature of change is dependent upon changes occurring in the way you focus. As you change your focus from one vibrational frequency to another, you create change. Thus, change can be slowed down or sped up based upon the way you focus.
If you choose to continue giving your attention to a single vibrational frequency, you will continue to vibrate in harmony with that vibrational frequency and your life experience will reflect this harmony. If you wish to purposely create change though, you can simply switch your focus to a new vibrational frequency and give your attention to it instead and your life experience will then change to match that vibrational frequency.
The more you switch your focus from one vibrational frequency to another, the more your life experience will change from one vibrational frequency to another. If you choose to switch your focus between multiple vibrational frequencies, your life experience will reflect a proportion of experiences that matches the amount of attention you give to each vibrational frequency and your life experience will reflect this change by averaging all of the vibrational frequencies together.
With this knowledge you can prolong the amount of time you get to experience a specific vibrational frequency by giving additional attention to it and thus vibrate in harmony with it and attract experiences that match. You can also use this information to change an unwanted situation into a desirable situation by pulling your attention away from that which is not wanted and replacing it by focusing upon a desirable vibrational frequency and your life experience will then match this change with experiences that are vibrationally harmonized with the frequency being given your attention.
