Every relationship in your life is a reflection of who you personally are. Everything is also energy vibrating at specific frequencies, including you. As you give your attention to someone else, you are activating a vibration within yourself, and you can witness this phenomenon by observing the way you feel. So, if you are in a relationship that is really quite good, or you have a relationship that is not quite so good, you are really creating the relationship you are in by activating certain vibrations within yourself.
You activate vibrations within yourself through the directing of your attention. If you give your attention to the good qualities of the people you interact with, you activate good feeling vibrations within yourself. Since the way you feel is your personal point of attraction, you thus attract people who possess the same personality traits you give the most of your attention.
This is important, because once you realize that all of your relationships are the direct result of the manner in which you choose to focus upon them, you can change any one of your relationships into a relationship you will always find to be enjoyable. You will now also clearly comprehend why your relationships take their various turns as well by understanding this information, because you will always be able to see the relationship that exists between the thoughts you are thinking, the feelings that correlate with them, and the nature of the experiences that match those particular thoughts and feelings.
If you are in a relationship you do not find to be pleasant, or you are just looking for a way to improve your current relationship, you can simply start asking yourself what it is you want out of the relationship. Now, this might not be entirely clear or well-defined at first, but if you identify the reasons why you are not satisfied with the relationship you are in at present, you will then be able to identify what it is you want out of the relationship with greater ease. So, if the person in your relationship is not nice to you for example, you will then know that you want the person to be nice to you.
If you want someone to be nice to you, you simply have to stop activating the vibration of them being anything other than nice to you and start activating a new vibration instead. When you talk about how someone is not nice, you activate the vibration of that negativity within you and you can observe this phenomenon by giving your attention to the way you feel as you think about someone not being nice to you. If you want someone to be nice to you, you simply have to start activating a different vibration within yourself. Start activating the vibration of the person being nice to you simply by giving your attention to thoughts of that person being nice to you.
You might have to stretch your imagination in order to do this in some instances, but by thinking about this person as if they are nice, you activate an entirely new vibration within yourself. The Universe works in a very precise manner too since like attracts like, but even more important is the fact that your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are always a perfect vibrational match. So, as you give your attention to someone being nice, you begin to feel as if they are nice and they must then be nice as a result, because you are working with a physical law of nature.
You can do this with any type of relationship and you can do it with any type of desire too. Whether you want more attention from another person, or you just want to be loved, you can simply start thinking about what it is you want, and then it must become your reality. When you think about what it is you want as if it is the nature of your current reality, you begin to vibrate in harmony with it, and once you are vibrating in harmony with it, it has to then become your reality, because that which you are thinking, feeling, and experiencing are always a perfect vibrational match.
While you may not believe this process actually works, you can easily see for yourself that it does indeed work by using it in one of your relationships. Select any one of your relationships and start seeing it the way you want it to be. Once you start doing this, you will then feel better about the relationship, all of your thoughts about the relationship will become transformed, and you will also then encounter a variety of experiences that perfectly match your thoughts and feelings. After doing so, you will then be in a position to improve all of your relationships to the furthest extent possible simply by adjusting the manner in which you choose to view them.
